Frequently asked questions
How often should a commercial office HVAC be serviced?
Quarterly is the professional standard for buildings over 10,000 sq ft. Semi-annually is the minimum. Neglected equipment fails 2–3 years sooner in our climate.
What is MERV 13 and do I need it?
MERV 13 filters capture particles down to 0.3 microns (viruses, wildfire smoke). ASHRAE and the CDC recommend MERV 13+ for shared workspaces post-2020.
Can you integrate with our existing BMS?
Yes — we work with Alerton, Delta, Johnson Controls, and Automated Logic. We don't require you to switch controls brands.
