How do I book an HVAC service appointment online?

Use the booking wizard on this page (7 short steps), call (661) 310-3340 for live dispatch, or text the same number for non-urgent scheduling. You'll receive an email confirmation within 60 seconds and an SMS tech-tracking link before arrival.

Can I get same-day HVAC service?

Yes — same-day arrival is standard for any service call booked by 4 PM, 7 days a week. After 4 PM bookings are typically scheduled for next-morning between 7–10 AM.

What information do I need to book?

Just name, phone, address, and a one-line description of the problem. No payment is required to book — diagnostic fee ($89) is collected only after the technician completes the visit, and is waived if you approve the repair.

Do you charge a fee to come out?

Repair calls have a flat $89 diagnostic fee that is waived in full if you approve the repair the same day. Replacement quotes (whole-system AC, furnace, heat pump) are 100% free in-home.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes — cancel or reschedule any time up to 1 hour before the technician's arrival window with no penalty. Use the link in your confirmation email or call (661) 310-3340.
